In order to bypass the ego — perhaps the biggest mental block there is — and let’s make that the biggest existing block to balance within body, mind and spirit in general — you must desire at least a small amount of change. And at least be willing to try.
In meditation I’ve been shown the potential for a series of new attacks in Europe and the Middle East, including Paris, again, and Berlin; Syria and Israel. Please send prayers, distance reiki, positive thoughts, or wrap your heart around the Pachamama — use the power of your intention to intercede for Earth and humanity.
The landing place — or the end result — doesn’t always need to be evident. You — or your Self — know what You want. Living this way is Empowerment. Why? Because you take what you have — which may feel like very little — and you’re challenged to do something with it, and make it work. And then you know what it becomes? A dream come true. It’s called inspired action. You take that hunch you have, and you bring that baby home. That’s how you create a miracle. And that miracle — the making of it — is you. This is co-creation — this is what dreams are made of.
“The first thing when considering the ego is to realize that it’s a natural part of being. It’s simply there. It’s part of us. And so, simply acknowledge that it is so.
“The second is to not be afraid of it — thereby giving it any more attention than it necessitates.

“In any area where the ego creeps in or crops up, it is best to simply remember the greatest reason for your incarnation is to love and be loved by Creator, by Source, by the Earth, by those around you … and by Self.
“Focus on the love, Ellen, and the ego naturally subsides.”
