“The last few nights, I’ve woken up from crying due to seeing my aunt in my dreams. I don’t fall asleep thinking of her, or anything sad for that matter, but I was just curious as to why. I’ve heard that supposedly spirits can make their way into their loved ones’ dreams. Maybe that’s why she’s in my dreams — because she knows I miss her and love her. I don’t know. It’s been the last few nights … I just don’t know why.”

“Try not to be scared or anxious. Relax. Yes, our departed loved ones will frequently use our dreams as a means of communication. It’s one of the easiest ways they can get our attention, right? After three nights in a row, I’d say your aunt has a message she’s trying to get across to you. So, ask her to show you; ask her to deliver the message to you in ways you can understand simply. Silently or aloud, ask her. Right now. She can hear you. Ask her for signs; then see how your day unfolds. In addition, when you go to bed tonight, again ask her to show you more in your dreams.
