Have you considered booking a virtual Reiki session? I continue to schedule readings and energy healing sessions via Zoom. Distance Reiki was well-practiced in our pre-pandemic world, and it’s especially helpful now. “Right now everyone is really emotionally unstable; we’re going through a lot. We don’t know how to direct our emotions, but one thing that Reiki does is it helps calm one’s self on an energetic level. It works on a subtle energy body, and your subtle energy body is the aura that surrounds you and serves as your emotional guidance system. Go into meditation — 10 minutes daily, if that’s what you have — and ask yourself what’s ready to step forward. What would this part of yourself like to say? What is it ready to reveal? What does it sound like? Familiarize yourself with this voice. Encourage it to speak.
