“Rest assured, you are in good company. Have faith. Be patient. Persevere. Resist not your faith, your friends [the angels], but instead persist in servitude. Walk tall, sit up straight, drink water, reflect on your past with peace and forgiveness. Allow yourself time to trust, to grow in commitment, in love, in fervor. Be at peace with the actions (steps) you have taken, and have faith that they were strides made in purpose. Necessary for your development, and in favor with God, the highest host, who reigns in heaven and on earth. Be persistent in developing patience, willingness. Let go of preconceptions about yourself and others. Remain faithful to your dreams, your endeavors, for they help propel you forward, and advance. Remain poised to accept our assistance; trust, and be open to God’s favor. He is love.”

“Hello, there. How’s our Ellen? It’s been a little while, huh? So the holiday rush is over. The stress has died down some. Let’s talk about some ideas — objectives, goals — at the very least, some points I’d like to discuss. Okay?
“This may seem odd to you, but I know where you’re coming from. The fear. The uncertainty. The rigidity, at times. It was part of me also — my genetic makeup — my human nature. I had desires. Dreams. Disappointments. Days where I felt like lying around, doin’ not too much. I can identify with those feelings you have, the things for which you begrudge yourself, harboring feelings of remorse, doubt, regret.
“Sweet pea, please try — so very hard — to let that stuff go. It’s just not worth it — the battle — the regret, pain, shame. Those ‘things,’ or articles, don’t last, sweetheart. But YOU do! And you’re so much more important than those ‘things.’
“I had romantic desires. They came to me, just as they would to anyone. They weren’t fleeting. I was just as curious as any young boy or man. I wasn’t supernatural in nature. Simply put, I was just like you. Real thoughts, real dreams, real occurrences, real prayers, real miracles.
“And this is what I wish to relay to you now: Let it happen! Allow miracles and abundance to flow into your life. And let them flourish! Receive them; be open to the flow. Sit in quiet meditation with me, my Mother, and the angels. Please try to be more flexible with your time.

There’s always enough time, sweetheart, as you are steadfast, committed, so driven — by desire, sheer will. Unstoppable!
“TIME. The concept of it, what it means to humans — it is shortsighted, you see, because you tend to limit yourselves with what you ‘could’ accomplish within a certain amount of time. And, so, you tend to see what you can accomplish through this lens — of what time will allow, not what you could really do if you really tried without limitation.
“SIMPLICITY. Simple steps toward a goal — make this your practice. It’s not about time, it’s about YOU!”

The archangels frequently remind me to ground myself throughout the day. They recommend I ground myself two or three times each day — so morning, noon and night. Grounding ensures a balanced and consistent flow of energy within my body as I direct it, or ground it, down into Mother Earth and up into the Divine.
When I began channeling, I quickly realized I needed a grounding practice in order to be a clear channel. I asked, and Archangel Sandalphon offered the following prayer for grounding and alignment: “Dearest Archangel Sandalphon, please help me unite my core energy with the Earth’s core energy. Please help me realign my thoughts, words, actions and beliefs in accordance with God’s divine plan.” Some days I end with “God’s divine will,” if I’m struggling with acceptance of a particular area in my life.
Reciting the prayer is one half of my grounding practice; the other half is a visualization technique. I envision a gold column of light extending from my core to the Earth’s core; then, a bright blue column of light connecting my core to the Divine. This ensures I am rooted firmly to the Earth below, or my physical nature; while remaining faithful to my spiritual nature — open to receive love, guidance, support and clear messages from the heavens above.
When I first began channeling Archangel Raphael, he asked me to recite this invocation in the evening while preparing for bedtime. “Dearest Archangel Raphael, please come to me in my sleep tonight and heal me — body, mind and soul. Amen.” I’ve followed his advice and made it a regular practice to ask for his assistance. I awaken feeling relaxed and refreshed!
