“I Have A Bad Feeling About My Friend. Should I Tell Her?”
Question
“I got a message last night about my friend, and it wasn’t good. I had a feeling that there would be a car accident. Was I dreaming or do I need to tell her?”
— Anonymous
Answer
“Ask your angels and guides for validation. And also ask them to show you signs if you’re supposed to share the message with your friend. I receive a lot of prophetic information. Sometimes it’s for me to share; sometimes it’s simply for me to know (and, perhaps, say a prayer). Ultimately you decide whether to share or not. Another thing to keep in mind: Sometimes prophetic information does come to fruition. Yet other times, the energy shifts, or the circumstances change, and it doesn’t pan out. That’s why you need to ask your angels and guides for assistance with receiving and potentially delivering prophetic info. Remember that prophetic information is a gift — encouraging us to ‘be aware.’ Not ‘beware.’ But to be more aware. And to enjoy greater awareness.”

“Is It A Sign? Synchronicity?”
Question
“I met this guy at work, and I felt an instant attraction, I believe for both of us. Do you feel there’s a reason why he has asked me to be one of his LinkedIn buddies? Is it a sign?”
— Anonymous
Answer
“Let me ask you. Do you feel there’s a greater reason? Trust your initial feeling — your gut reaction. Yes, it’s your intuition delivering a message or a sign. Sometimes the universe can serendipitously line things up for us that feel like ‘chance’ to us but are really simply meant to be. Destiny.”

“My Husband Heard Voices …”
Question:
“I wanted to share the news of our ‘house guests.’ A couple weeks ago, my son had a rough day, and that night I decided to sleep with him in his bed. My husband passed by the bedroom door and, after hearing conversation in the room, came in to see how we were and say we should get some sleep. The next morning he told me both our son and I were clearly sleeping when he walked in, but he knows for certain there was some chatting going on in there! I guess I wasn’t the only one watching over him.”

Answer:
“Your husband must have been quite surprised! But it wasn’t ghosts he overheard. It was spirit guides belonging to you and your son. They were discussing your unique connection with your son, and how your relationship is expanding both on the physical plane and also within the spiritual realm. Your sensitivity and his have been ‘turned up,’ so to speak. You’re probably seeing subtle changes in his behavior, like maybe he’s a little more emotional lately. Maybe you’ve noted the same sensitivity in yourself, even had a couple of headaches or another sign. It’s nothing to worry about; there’s just a lot going on energetically, right now. Big shifts of energy within the larger universal flow. Your spirit guides, who are always with you, watching over you and guiding you, are excited for what the great shift in energy will mean for you and your son. We all will play a part in it, each of us with a unique role. There are big changes coming for all of us as we progress toward a more enlightened way of living, globally and universally. I hope I haven’t overwhelmed you, but just wanted to reassure you that it’s not a new haunting!”

“I’ve Seen My Aunt In My Dreams …”
Question:
“The last few nights, I’ve woken up from crying due to seeing my aunt in my dreams. I don’t fall asleep thinking of her, or anything sad for that matter, but I was just curious as to why. I’ve heard that supposedly spirits can make their way into their loved ones’ dreams. Maybe that’s why she’s in my dreams — because she knows I miss her and love her. I don’t know. It’s been the last few nights … I just don’t know why.”
— Anonymous
Answer:
“Try not to be scared or anxious. Relax. Yes, our departed loved ones will frequently use our dreams as a means of communication. It’s one of the easiest ways they can get our attention, right? After three nights in a row, I’d say your aunt has a message she’s trying to get across to you. So, ask her to show you; ask her to deliver the message to you in ways you can understand simply. Silently or aloud, ask her. Right now. She can hear you. Ask her for signs; then see how your day unfolds. In addition, when you go to bed tonight, again ask her to show you more in your dreams. When you wake up, write it down so you don’t forget.”

Beginning A Meditation Practice
Meditation is a way for your soul to connect with God and the universe. Each of us needs this connection in order to feel nourished, complete and fulfilled.
When I first began channeling, Archangel Gabriel encouraged me to begin a meditation practice. I’ll be honest: The idea sounded ridiculous to me. I was a stay-at-home mom of three children, with one in school and two at home. I didn’t know where to start.
Archangel Gabriel suggested I sit on a comfortable chair, cross my legs, and put my hands — palms facing up — on my knees. He said this shows I am open to receive.
So, I tried it. At night, after my kids went to bed. And do you know what happened? I fell asleep. I’d go into meditation and fall asleep. Every time.
But the important thing was I tried.
I then asked my angels and guides to help me find other ways to meditate. Here’s what I realized. Meditation takes on many forms. I opened my mind in meditation when I took a walk outdoors; while I folded laundry; during my morning shower. I tried to clear my mind of scattered thoughts … and simply listen.
What did I hear? My voice. The voice of my soul. Intermingled with the voice of God and the angels. Encouragement. Ideas. Inspiration. Truths.
I also joined a Monday night meditation group at a local spiritual center. And that really got the ball rolling. Once I became more comfortable practicing within a group of likeminded individuals, it felt easier to try to meditate a little more at home.
The idea is to keep it simple, sister. Take baby steps. Begin with a meditation that lasts for five minutes; then, build up to 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes or more. Take a few deep breaths, clear your mind of thoughts, and listen.
Eventually you will slip into deeper and deeper states of meditation. And enjoy the many benefits of meditation, like reduced stress, better sleep, improved health, a greater sense of well-being and — ultimately — peace. In addition, meditation is an important tool in developing your intuition.
The key is to continue practicing.
Affirmations — Realignment
To open the lines of communication between you and your spiritual guides, ensuring messages are clear and consistent; or, perhaps, to reaffirm a clear connection:
“I am open to receive messages which are divine in origin — those which are intended for my highest and best, and for the highest and best of everyone.”
Affirmations — Receptivity
To affirm greater receptivity of abundance and prosperity in your life:
“I am open and willing to receive.”
