The Heart

“The Heart opens and then releases [energetically]. It never stops. Meaning — it’s simple, really, within the broad scope of things — it’s synonymous with the heart’s physical beating, as the chambers open and close. And so … this is our Process.

“As this occurs — and fresh blood and oxygen stream through the body — what else takes place? Freshness, newness, expansion — to the utmost degree. It is life-force energy, yes? This process? One we each/all have in common. A binding thread of commonality.

“And so — of course — to each his/her own process — amen — but, this — as most hearts beat together as one — in sync, that is — what gloriousness would occur, shall we say, if all hearts could beat together — in tandem — with the mind — in Cosmic Order — in union with the Great Cosmic Mind, yes?

“We are halfway there, dear one. But, this, my special friends — we need this expansion to occur. Why? Because our lifeline — our life-force energy — expands from the Inward — to the Outward. This is Cosmic Order. And then the outward shall be reflected back upon us in the form of great blessings [our divine inheritance].

“So, sweet sisters and blessed friends/beings, what drives us toward this end? Of cosmic peace? And closes the Great Divide [separation]? Expansion. Allow your hearts to swell with love and all of your beingness — for with great pride, I bestow upon you the greatest force of nature — Human Nature, that is [wide grin] … Love …

“Your Destiny Is Constantly Being Rewritten”

“Saint Teresa of Avila, speaking — representing the Council — this time, in regards to manifestation along the continuum of time. In terms of time operated along a sphere, not in a linear fashion.

“Time is, in fact, cyclical. And so, you see patterns repeating themselves along the continuum in this fashion. Manifestation occurs alongside the continuum. Just saying, it is still possible to manifest opportunity, or destiny, as long as you’re openminded enough to acknowledge this.

“Many people believe that destiny or fate is sealed, in that there is no outweighing it or countering it, while the reality is, in the context of Spirit, that we all have the power in our hands and within us — through Source and the Creator — to evolve away from prewritten destiny, if we so choose.

“However, this course or path is always rewritten or chartered along with Source, once again. And so, it is co-created in the beginning and co-created, once again; or rather, the simplest way to look at it is that your destiny is constantly being rewritten and co-created with the Father and through Self (the Higher Self).

“And so, you see why it feels as though some things which you … ”

Me (Ellen): “So my perception has changed, and therefore it feels as though my destiny has changed.”

Saint Teresa: “This is not to say that the former ‘destiny’ — or rather ‘goals,’ as we would call them — dissolve; but rather, they simply become absorbed into the current ones.”

“The second is to not be afraid of it — thereby giving it any more attention than it necessitates.

“In any area where the ego creeps in or crops up, it is best to simply remember the greatest reason for your incarnation is to love and be loved by Creator, by Source, by the Earth, by those around you … and by Self.

“Balancing The Earth’s Energy Is Greatly Needed …”

“The important thing to remember about an ‘energy exchange’ is the giving and the receiving must occur in balance. And, in order for it to work properly — be mutually beneficial — there must be at least two participants.

“In the Earth’s case, this is not happening in an equal balance — creating the shifts deep within the Earth’s crust, which can result in natural disasters. Thus, energy balancing — balancing these energies ‘manually,’ if you will — is greatly needed.

“Let’s incorporate some time into your day to help balance the energies:

Imagine the Earth in your palm, rotating if you’d like. Take in Her bold colors, beautiful features (whatever that means to you). Softly blow onto your palm, onto Mother Earth. If the intention is there, She can feel you. Blow again. The pure air from your Breath will purify Hers. Simply blow Her cares and troubles away …

Allow it — your answer — to find you. Be OPEN to receive.”
