Healing With Sound & Reiki

As we enter the month of December, and inch closer to the holiday season, our to-do lists expand, and the need for balance becomes clear — for the whole Self — Body, Mind and Spirit.
On Sunday, Dec. 8, from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., you’re invited to gather in circle with Ellen Norman and Beth Perry, who will facilitate a special event.
During our time together, you will experience:
– A sound bath, to help open your heart space and ground into your heart center
– A special meditation, to help your mind relax and to soothe internal dialogue
– A hands-on mini Reiki session, to help balance your whole Self — Body, Mind and Spirit
– Circle time with channeled messages for the group, in regards to any healing themes which have emerged — plus an opportunity to share individual experiences
We’re excited to include a variety of energy healing modalities and techniques, including Sound Healing; Guided Meditation; Reiki Energy Healing; and Channeled Group Messages, from Higher Self, Spirit Guides, and All That Is.
We’ll blend in Flower & Gem Essence therapy; Oracle Card guidance; and Crystal Healing, inviting you to take home a crystal of your choice!
We hope you’ll join us for this unique opportunity to connect and welcome in a centered Holiday Spirit!
This is a recurring event; we welcome all individuals, from past participants to the general public.

Ellen E. Norman is a Reiki Master/Teacher certified in both the Usui and Shamanic Reiki Methods of Natural Healing. She uses a multidisciplinary approach to address imbalance or disease — drawing from aspects of Reiki consciousness; Shamanic and Elemental healing practices; Psycho-Spiritual and Archetypal themes, addressing conscious and subconscious patterns; Medical Mediumship; Plant Medicine; and Flower & Gem Essences. She holds additional healing certifications in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) and Energy Medicine. Ellen practices as a Spiritual Medium, Medical Intuitive, Reiki Master/Teacher & Flower Essence Therapist in Scituate, Mass. She teaches workshops; facilitates small groups; and offers private consultations, including readings and energy healing sessions.
