Saint Teresa: “This is a message from the Council …
“Saint Teresa of Avila, speaking — representing the Council — this time, in regards to manifestation along the continuum of time. In terms of time operated along a sphere, not in a linear fashion.
“Time is, in fact, cyclical. And so, you see patterns repeating themselves along the continuum in this fashion. Manifestation occurs alongside the continuum. Just saying, it is still possible to manifest opportunity, or destiny, as long as you’re openminded enough to acknowledge this.
“Many people believe that destiny or fate is sealed, in that there is no outweighing it or countering it, while the reality is, in the context of Spirit, that we all have the power in our hands and within us — through Source and the Creator — to evolve away from prewritten destiny, if we so choose.
“However, this course or path is always rewritten or chartered along with Source, once again. And so, it is co-created in the beginning and co-created, once again; or rather, the simplest way to look at it is that your destiny is constantly being rewritten and co-created with the Father and through Self (the Higher Self).

Essential Oils For Spiritually Sensitive Children
One of my children, age 7, is very empathic, meaning he is sensitive to and absorbs the energy within his environment — especially the energy created from the thoughts, words and emotions of other people. He becomes overwhelmed and emotional; angers quickly and cries easily. Trying to rationalize with him does not help, despite a calm voice and my best efforts.
Our best antidote has come from a tiny bottle of blended essential oils. It soothes his moods and helps to even his temperament. I apply it to his belly and back — dab it on and rub it in — once or twice per day.
I believe the essential oils help to create an energetic barrier around his energy field (or aura) — the missing link which helps him to feel more comfortable in his own skin. The essential oils help to protect him from the swirling energies that his young body and sensitive emotions are not yet equipped to manage.
The essential oil application works best if used prior to large amounts of energy exposure; for example, before school, before a friend’s birthday party or before a trip to the mall. Anywhere he will be exposed to crowds of people (in physical form and in spiritual form).
He is sensitive to spirit energy also. He provides vivid and accurate descriptions of archangels and earth spirit. He loves to share these with me because he knows that I, as a medium, see our spirit friends too; and we reassure each other that there’s nothing to be afraid of.
He tends to see the most Spirit when he’s trying to fall asleep. For this reason, at times, we’ll apply the essential oils just before bedtime. While the essential oils will not protect him from spirit communication exclusively, they do help to soothe his fears and reduce the overwhelm he once felt when confronted with spirit messaging (seeing and hearing his own spirit guides and sensing other forms of spirit in general).
Below is the recipe I use for making essential oil applications for my children. For him, I purchased a bottle of “Little Angels” online. It’s a blend of lavender, cedar, chamomile and vetiver essential oils.
Recipe:
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) fractionated coconut oil
6 drops of Little Angels (or another similar blend)
“Balancing The Earth’s Energy Is Greatly Needed …”
“The important thing to remember about an ‘energy exchange’ is the giving and the receiving must occur in balance. And, in order for it to work properly — be mutually beneficial — there must be at least two participants.
“In the Earth’s case, this is not happening in an equal balance — creating the shifts deep within the Earth’s crust, which can result in natural disasters. Thus, energy balancing — balancing these energies ‘manually,’ if you will — is greatly needed.
“Let’s incorporate some time into your day to help balance the energies:
Imagine the Earth in your palm, rotating if you’d like. Take in Her bold colors, beautiful features (whatever that means to you). Softly blow onto your palm, onto Mother Earth. If the intention is there, She can feel you. Blow again. The pure air from your Breath will purify Hers. Simply blow Her cares and troubles away …

“Yes, that makes sense; your dream guides are giving you good advice. Energy can accumulate in any room and feel heavy, stuck or stagnant — especially if you’re sensitive. In fact, spirits are drawn to bathrooms due to the running water; water is a conductor, and it can feed their energy.
“Sage or palo santo can be used for smudging. Sage is a dried herb; palo santo a sacred wood. Both can be burned — the smoke, combined with your intention or prayer, is effective at clearing energies. Palo santo has a lighter, sweeter scent if you are sensitive to smells (sage can smell a little like marijuana). Look on eBay or Etsy.
“Salt can be placed in a little bowl in a room for cleansing. Or you can sprinkle it in the corners of a room. Discard the salt after you feel it has had the desired effect. “Some things to keep in mind: What you are experiencing is normal during a ‘spiritual awakening’ — and while your spiritual or ‘psychic’ senses develop. An awakening is not necessarily easy, smooth or beautiful. Although the outcome will be. But remember nothing is perfect. And nobody is perfect.
“You must learn to work with your spirit guides. Write up some guidelines. Tell them you’d prefer it if they didn’t keep you up at night. Remember they are your peeps. They love you and want what’s best for you. Ask them to be more patient. In turn, try to be patient with them. The process. If they can’t speak to you in the middle of the night (wink), then when can they? Could you set up a time to meditate? And journal? So they know they can communicate with you during that time? That’s ultimately what they’re asking for.
“Believe me, my first awakening was the same way. It was a roller coaster. It will eventually settle down.
“Here’s where angels come into play. Ask the angels to help you have a smooth awakening. Open gradually to your spiritual gifts. Establish boundaries. Experience peace and happiness throughout the whole process.
“Finally, make sure you ask your spirit guides direct questions, like ‘What do you want?’ and ‘What are the next steps I should take?’ Then, make some solid requests, like ‘Please communicate with me in ways I can understand. Please give me time to digest all of this.’
“Your spirit messaging may feel a little ‘mixed up’ right now, as your spiritual gifts develop. Give it some time. Trust the process. Ask for clarity.”
